Attention Sensa Pencils Users
Sometimes in shipping or handling, the lead of your Sensa Pencil breaks inside. This might cause the lead to not advance or stay down during writing.To fix this problem:
 | Simply point the pencil down and twist the top to advance the lead. |
| When the lead is out enough to grab it, grab it and pull this offending piece out. (It is about an inch long.) |

Twist to advance the lead normally and you are on your way to comfortable writing. |
Eraser Refills and Cap: The erasers are a standard item available at most Office Supply Stores. It is a standard refill made by Pentel.
Lead Types: Use any standard lead available at your local Office Supply Store. We do not sell lead since it is so readily available. Be sure to get the correct size lead as they are not interchangeable. Standard lead is HB, this is like a #2 pencil.
The lead hardness goes from darkest/softest 4B - 3B - 2B - B - HB - F - H - 2H - 3H - 4H - 5H - 6H lightest/hardest.
